Mike and his crew are the absolute best! His pricing was very fair. His crew showed up on time, they worked very diligently and found some water damage to some plywood that they pointed out and helped us replace the wood before it became damaged. The guys cleaned up everything and made sure all of the debris and nails were removed. I cannot think Mike and his crew enough for the amazing job that they did. We had Mike come out again, for some other small repairs. Him and his crew are great. Would hire them again, anytime. Had water leakage between the storm door and my main door. Mike showed up on a Sunday, diagnosed the issue, and took care of a bunch of other things on the roof as well that needed repairs. Mike is super professional and courteous and will not try to upsell you on repairs/work that isn't needed. I had ice dams that built up all around my roof following the heavy snow fall, which started to create leaks in the house. One phone call and Mike's crew came out quickly to shovel the excess snow and remove the ice dams - they did an awesome job that helped mitigate the leaks, at a really fair price. I recently need some ice dam clearing due to the winter weather. I came across Mike business online and he was quick to respond. I sent over some pictures and he was able to give me a very reasonable price to help address the ice dam. He told me he was able to squeeze me in next day given most roofer were very busy. On the day of the service he kept me inform of his arrival time. He did a pre-inspection walkthrough with me and identify another section I missed taking a picture of. His crew was efficient with removing the ice dams and excess snow off the roof. As Mike was working he took a picture of the problem area. So it gave a piece of mind where to keep an eye out on that problem area in the future. After they were done, they clean all the snow from the ground that came off the roof. Afterwards Mike gave an overview of what they did. During our conversation I had point out some possible issues I noticed in the summer. He offered to come back out in the spring when he can do a better health inspection. But he was definitely on the mind set of if there are issues then he can fix them. Otherwise there was no need to spend extra money when there was no issues. This was reassuring to find a honest roofer who want to build a good relationship and not trying to fear monger customer to get a roof replaced like other vendors. We are SO thrilled with our new roof - all thanks to  Rooftops, LLC! Mike took care of everything and coordinated all of the logistics - paperwork, dumpster drop off and pick up, etc. - it was all set. Mike is fantastic! My wife and I have called Mike for gutter help (upkeep and repair) as well as to repair our leaking sunroom roof. He’s easy to communicate with, honest, and always goes the extra mile! Looking forward to working with Mike in the future when we need to replace our roof and update our siding. It was an exceptionally windy day in the Boston area when we noticed some shingles had been blown off our roof. I reached out to Roof Tops, and Mike quickly arranged for someone to come the very next day. The wind picked up even more, and before Lindomar could arrive, a tree in front of our house fell, taking down our internet cable. While the wind made it impossible for Lindomar to get on the roof that day, he went above and beyond by helping us untangle the cable from the tree branches and temporarily securing it. This thoughtful and proactive service played a big part in my decision to choose Roof Tops for our roof replacement. Mike is incredibly honest and helpful. He personally came by to provide a fair and reasonable quote while answering all our questions, and we finalized the plan shortly after. He was able to get us on the schedule for the following week. The roof was replaced in just one day, and they left everything in perfect condition. Mike also made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Roof Tops for their professionalism, honesty, and exceptional customer service.
